Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and high-quality service for all of our clients, we ask that you carefully review and respect our cancellation and no-show policies:
Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a no show fee of $100.
Prepayment may be required for future appointments or may decline future bookings at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a late cancellation.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the fee at our discretion.
